Snow injestion, plugged intake

Does anyone other than me have trouble with snow plugging your air filter/box? Is there a way around this? 2015 Sierra 2500

Do you have the winter front installed or not?

There is a TSB about this. Apparently all it say is to remove the built up snow and ice in the intake, replace the filter and install a winter front cover

Some have even drilled about 5 one inch holes in the lid to the air box to help it pull hot air from under the hood
