Mike, I can brake boost the truck to 3700rpm's without stressing the brakes @ all. Before, I was lucky to see 2900 holding the truck back with everything I could. The truck is doing some lazy shifting between gears also, almost like pushing in a clutch. The other day @ the track the truck would brake boost to 2k, then jump to 3k, and back down to 2k. Does it sound like the Converter is fried? No codes @ all since you built it!

When your driving are your rpms higher than normal. If your cruising at 60 and let off the throttle do your rpms stay at 1500 or do they drop

It does sound like a converter issue.

I took Russ's exact tune from his truck into mine to test what was going on. My truck is almost identical to his, 1057 also. My truck shifted very well and when I matted it at 45mph, it broke the tires loose and put the truck sideways.

I wanted to rule out a tuning problem. His truck has been off on MPH and ET also, and we've been beating our heads because the logs look good. Maybe converter has been contributing.

Rob, Thanks for your help with this problem. Most would have given up on a customer by now;).

Normal driving rpms are @ 1600 and are fine until you pedal it then she goes to 3k+. I tried another break boost (My last for now) and it almost felt like it shifted, while I was break boosting it. Video of the 1-3 shifts below. It's all I could get while driving.

Are you still going on the 15th. Or is your truck still giving you problems
