smoke knocking and 1093 under load

Yes. That's what I mean. I don't know why it was blowing white smoke, but it was. It was smoking and knocking. Sounded horrible. Put a new WIF sensor on it, and it fixed the problem.
Sounds like what Ben's LLY was doing... and I think he figured out it was an injector... dunno if he has had time to fix it yet though.
Oh, OK, that makes sense. Lol, I was thinking the WIF electrical was making it do that for some reason... :baby:
Yeah, couldn't hurt to look for air leaks in the system.
ok so i went and worked on the truck some
when i went to work on it, it wouldnt start, it would just crank, wouldnt make more than 400-500psi rail pressure. so i unplugged the regulator starts right up.
running fine, no smoke/ knocking, warm it up and balance rates are fine but cylinder 2 is 10-11+ in drive and 7-8 in park.
fuel pressure is fluctuating some like 4900-5200 at idle
so did the injector stick open and make it not want to start and by unplugging the regulator it forced enough pressure to shut the injector and start?
it seems to me it needs an injector regardless and then see if possibly fpr at that point?

When you unplug the fpr it makes the cp3 go wide open... You are correct, I think #2 is stuck open.
