smog issues

i know that in CA, we have to start smogging our trucks as of Jan 2010
there is a lot of information out there regarding this, and some of it false.

I looked for a good spot to put this thread in, but no exhaust thread? anyways

the state powers WILL pull you over for excessive smoke
