Slow leak on LB7 Transmission

I am looking for any input at all:

1. I have a small transmission fluid leak (its red). It is not dripping from any one noticeable bolt. When I look at it, the gasket glistens a little as if its wet then pools at one of the transmission pan bolts until it drips.

2. Background history. 190k. I bought it from my father in-law who just had the fluids changed (always amsoil). They dropped the pan, changed the internal filter and the external one as well.

3. Here is what we I have done. I cleaned the entire area bolt by bolt, to try and isolate a leak point. I have checked to see if any of the bolts on the pan are loose (they are not). I have checked the fluid level. While cold the fluid level is about an inch above the hot full line. (I think the mechanic overfilled)

4. My thoughts. Could it be overfilled and the gasket is failing? Is there a overfill/pressure release point/valve on the tranny and its doing its job?

I am extremely open to any suggestions. Should I stop driving it until I drain and refill?
Thank you in advance!!!!

There is a vent on the drivert side towards the top side.... See if there is fluid coming out of there. I think it might be overfilled too

Check main harness connecter on right rear of trans for wetness. Linkage seal behind NSBU, pan gasket are know to leak with age. As said above, check for a fluid trail from breather. Breather and linkage seal will always show up below NSBU switch.
