sloppy 4-5 shift

I notice that while accelerating, not hard but, maybe 1/2 throttle the shift 4-5 feels kind of sloppy kind of like slip-clunk? Mike L. seem to think its a tuner issue? Mike what can I do about?, anyone else have any ideas? My truck has everything in my sig . ANy help....please
