Site actin funky?

Ok so is it jsut my computer or is the site actin kinda funky? sometime after a page loads, a bunch of red lines come up, but when you run the mouse over a hyperlink they all go away. i also jsut tried to save some changes in my garage and couldnt get them to say cause it kept giving me a server error when i clicked the save button.

I think the red lines are following the Wicked Diesel ad on the top of the page. Atleast on my terrible internet/computer.

Yep just the red lines are making it hard for me to post on multi quotes. I can't get my cursor to go in the middle for some reason until I click the lines off.

Just fixed something that I may have done yesterday. Let me know if it is fixed for you guys.
