Simon asked me to post some pics of his '01, which I have affectionately called "Project X". Since the outcome of this has yet to be determined and seems to change daily.... I figured I'd post it here since I'm not sure how public he wants this yet.....anyway, I'm sure he can move it. We are hoping the engine will be back from balancing this week so we can start assembly. Fuel cell should be added by the end of the week so we can start plumbing that. We keep you updated as time trickles on...:D

So have you figured out a way to put a liner in the fuel cell for the return trip so you can fill full of tequila? ;)

Are you guys gonna paint the frame rails on the rear end before you put the bed back on? It looks like you have everything else painted up real nice! Keep us posted on the progress!

They're not painted right where the wheel wells would go are they? Thats the only spot I noticed! And I wouldnt have probablly noticed if the rest of it wasnt all painted up. :D I have no room to talk, mine is really gettin rusty. Salty and gravel roads are hell on the frame.
It all Looks good though!
