I dont think they will work for you. And looking at the part numbers on that page there not the same. How much is he trying to sell them to you for?
If the part numbers are different I would say no but... if the length is right it could be a matter of the brackets being different. Drive the truck there and put them up against it. Make your decision there if its worth the hassle or not to make them fit.
