I posted the other day about p1093 got may hands on a snap-on scanner I rised the pressure up with the scanner the actual pressure will match up all the way to 85 or so mpa. When I command it all the way 160 mpa. Like I said truck was mass lift pump. New cp3 pump new filter rail pump. Is that normal at a idle. U give it a little gas actual pressure will rise. Maybe a redneck way of doing something but was thinking about feeding the truck out of a 5 gallon can hooked to fuel lines at motor. An try it an will the bottle test work at a idle with fuel pressure rises with scanner.thank.

I got a race plug in it but was going to do bottle test tonight an if it passes then going to bypass fuel tank if no different. Thinking it probably going to be injector time.

usually if youy have bad injectors that are bypassing you will get a hard start issue especially when hot. asfor the rail pressure sensor didn't you state that it will go up to 160mpa when you rev the engine? if so I doubt the sensor is bad.

It's relatively easy to do a return rate test on injectors. I don't remember specs for time and amount returned but it isn't much. It could only be one or two injectors dumping to return. If so you may have a couple that are a lot higher than others
