After my torque converter locks up, I see about -10 to 50 RPM slip at high throttle (-10 to 10 at low/no throttle). Does this count as zero? (Or, how much is normal?)Watch the PWM apply. It will come on in 3 or 4 stages. Once you see 96-97% apply you are locked. Once locked, roll into the throttle short of downshift and see what the slip speed is. It better be 0.

Worth noting: I don't feel anything unusual with that amount of slip.
Thanks!

I was afraid of that... It's better when I'm not towing, but still out of spec.Do you mean -10 to +50? If you do, your converter clutch is breaking loose. I believe anything over +30 rpm slip is not acceptable. A good working converter will never see over +10.
