I am thinking about the end of are 2008 seaon or the begin of 2009 season going up to Ohio to go pulling. I figured by then i will have my transfer case in and have enough hooks under my belt to kinda go up there and know what to do. I know i shouldnt except to do while because i am leaving my grounds to go up to someone eles turf. I figured if i was to do this and start getting around a little bite i cant make belivers out of some people and make haters out of others. What do yall think about this?? Please give me postive info. And if any of yall wanna travel along the more the better. I just gotta start saving my penny's to make the trip

I say go for it.why not?..i can post a few weeks when we have 3-4 pulls a week so you can get PLENTY of experience. I would bring some spare parts. maybe like a rear drive shaft/u joints/ and a few extra axles:rofl:

you will have every beer drinkin hill jack in the state jumping up and down:hug:

GO FOR IT! the worst that could happen is that you will break some parts and someone will beat ya. oh well. anyone can be beaten on any given day. you can still go and have a nice vacation and meet some new folks.

Bring it on!

We have a local dodge 2wd that pulls with us now. I think they let him pull at 31". If you come let EEC or me know and we can get together. I'm just about ready to come down your way just so I can try out my truck with a few new goodies! I guess my first pull will be in NC at the OBX race/pull. Hopefully some of the florida group will come up to that pull/race. Jeff

Make sure you "fit" all of whoseever event you are going to. It sure would suck going that far to watch. :(

yep more and more have 4X4 listed on the rules.

if the water fits the rules I'd stay w/ it, better than hauling iron around to all the pulls all over the east coast.
