Should I buy this high mileage duramax?

Well I guess I should say trade for.
I was offered a trade on my truck for this duramax.
I have an 03 extended cab1500 192k with a 6 inch lift, new tires, very clean body except the rockers are gone.
I have been looking to downsize and invest but I was offered a trade for an 02 with 310k on it. Fully loaded, 4 door. I have had a duramax in the past but not nearly that many miles. Water pump was just done but that's all I know. Very clean body and interior, lifted, full exhaust, no programmer but has efi live. I assume it was maintained pretty well since it is so clean. The only thing I am leery on is the miles. I know they'll run forever if they're taken care of. I don't know if the injectors have bee done or when they have been done. If they balance out to about what they should be should I bite the bullet?

Thanks for the help and advice in advance.

Its really a matter of if you are prepared to deal with something that could possibly go wrong on a high mileage truck, or any duramax platform out of warranty for that matter. I just bought an 02 with 276,000 miles and didn't have to think twice. I did a thorough inspection and knew I would have to do some maintenance to get it back up to my standards and keep it that way. I have the tools and background where I can save the money and do this myself. I also have EFI live scanning ability and knew the injectors didn't have a lot of life left. I paid 7200 tax, title, and license. For that price, I would have been hard pressed to find something that would have turned me away from a pretty good condition CCSB 4x4. Especially being eager to get back in a duramax. If you want it bad enough and can deal with the potential issues you may run into, its perfectly worth it in my opinion.

I mean I figure if I put my current truck up for sale I woild get what maybe 8k-9k if I'm lucky. So that woild be like investing that much in this truck.
I woild have to guarantee that it would have gone through at least 2 sets of injectors by now. I have the knowledge to replace them as well as the tools as I have been wrenching on cars since I was pretty much old enough to walk since my father was a mechanic.
I know more than the mechanical components can fail, but that is what I'm worried about the most. I did a quick search and found out that the usual problems with this year woild have been the injectors and the water pump.
Any other things I would need to watch out for?
