Shotbed into a Dually ??

Has anyone out there changed their shortbed truck into a shortbed dually ? If so what modifications had to be made other than the rearend parts . Does any one out there make custom beds ?

A friend of mine has done 3 or 4. I can't say for sure how, but I can find out.

Would recommend chassis and cab axle tub wheel wells this one runs quadrasteer flares in the back
