Where could I find a set?Ive been looking around and can't find any in a 2.5" wide bend, or im just a retard...
My 3/5 drop is nice but id like to remove another leaf out of each side on the rear, but I ran out of threads last time and had to use 1 washer on each bolt for it to have enough threads, which I don't wanna do again..

1/2 ton u-bolts or have a spring shop make you a set.

Doh, never though of that. Wonder if their as strong? Guess i'll find out. and I would rather buy new ones than to add threads to mine, last time I had to get the nuts off with a IR 1" impact... so Id rather replace them.

Call Dunbar Spring 602.258.6901. They should be able to bend you up some. We use them for stuff the would gross 60k, so your truck shouldn't be a problem..

I cut off some schedule 80 pipes as spacers and then machined them in the lathe so they would sit flat. So far it's working well. But I can see where some shorter bolts would be nice, they do hang down a little even with just the overloads gone...

I would go to a spring shop and have them make some if it was me.
Ones from a 10 bolt wouldn't be big enough around for our axles would they ?
Our trucks use square U-bolts. As long as the springs are the same width, they'll fit.

I know some one posted this allready but most suspension shops build these to what ever size u need. Might not be the cheapest option but it is a a option.

2" lower, and 2" from my axle tubes>frame. Might notch it if it's too close.

If you need a set shoot me a text Brian, Ill go pick up a set like mine and send them to you... :thumb:
Send me a pic with your tele phone.

Will do brandon, I'll give em a call monday. Might also go over to Cliff's welding over in Mesa since they have a lot of that stuff.

I had planned on doing this since my "added nuts" look kinda jacked up. Don't think it hangs any lower than the caltrac mount.

 Thats what I get for not looking before I type.

take a good look at the ones you get made before you leave the place that makes them. I had a set made and mine didn't touch the top flat portion of the spring they sat up due to the bend where they bent mine.
