Oh I remember it but I've been curious what the oil temps will do without the factory cooler and just an aftermarket oil cooler for air-to-oil with a fan on it. I wasn't implying to run without any kind of oil cooler lol.
Watching temps, I can see oil and coolant following along with each other till thermostats open (oil always ahead of coolant temp though). Then pulling hills, you can watch oil temp climb to 230 and the fan kicks on. Once oil temps hit 240, coolant temp starts to rise. Oil then will go above 240.
Oil seems to put an extreme load of heat on the cooling system based on the gauges. Everyone seems to think the stock one doesn't work well at all but I feel differently. Only way to tell that is by running a cooler separate of the cooling system for the oil.
Hence my thought of running the Poe block off.
