Wife spent last weekend polishing and then I spent 5 days correcting the ECM.
Lots of time and some money over the last 2 years (and thanks Trent :thumb:) I have a very nice truck that perfoms great :coolspot:

210K kms and lots think its new! Poor birds keep flying into it

Looks great. I really need to take some time to do mine. I've had the pinnacle XMT kit sitting in the shed for at least 6 mos now. Still haven't done it!!

She used Meguar's M80 speed glaze followed by NXT Tech wax. It took her about 8 hours with her Porter Cable random orbital.

I've washed it since and dry it with their Quick Wax for maintenance.

Out to shred some tread today :thumb:

sounds like you got a great wife to me... can't imagine getting my girl to wax and glaze the truck

Her Dad was the painter for the local GM dealership for years and she got his appreciation for a deep shine. Now she gives him pointers.

Does she polish the sleds in the winter for ya too?:D

Dale, sadly my sled (and my buds') don't get the detailing attention that they deserve. We push the season and ride in the dirt too early and mud too late

The first 10km on my XP was on dirt  towing a boggan with 3 days supplies (3 5'ers, beer, some food)

I'll wax it up this year, hopefully we can meet somewhere :thumb:
