ShiftRange inhibited using viper

Whenever I use my remote start system and go to put the truck in gear the truck says shift range inhibited and flashes the line under whatever gear I selected. As soon as I put it in park the check engine light comes on with the following codes: U1026, U1024, U1152,U1042. The truck is in Limp mode if you don't clear the codes. Any ideas on what could cause this?

How long ago did the remote start system get installed? With some kits I've seen trucks do some weird things before, what the history of the remote start kit?

Its had the kit since 2005, I haven't changed anything on the truck in probably 6 months to a year. Pretty much out of the blue.
