Shift tweaks for shorter tires?

Those that run the 28" tall M&H drag radials, do you change the shift mph or rpm in the TCM tune to compensate for the shorter tire or just leave well enough alone?

Im coming from the 30.5" tall Toyos.

X2, I run 35's on the street and 31's at the strip and I know Im losing time because it shifts like sh!t with the 31's..
