Set number 5 for injectors

Our 03 just hit the dealer shop again for 2 cracked injector bodies... This i getting old, 1st set at 80k next set 114k next set 13*k 150k now 190k. This has to be a dealer issue, I can see no way this truck is eating injectors this fast. I am convinced they are doing somthing wrong but now they have the truck again and it is torn down in there bay, and they will NOT cover it. The return rates are fine and GM does not cover internal failure of injectors is what I am told.

We will be getting a new LMM here this summer/fall but I want to keep this old truck around being as it is fully loaded and in fairly presentable condition.

Hell that is what I forgot to say, there is a bit of trace of fuel in the oil, but the big thing is the oil in the coolant. I am beyond confused, I would think that means head gasket... They changed a water pump 2 weeks ago due to a coolant leak through the weep hole on the Wp. They are claiming the oil in the coolant is either from the water pump change or the gaskets breaking down due to the dex cool.

The problem with them not covering internal failures is that a leaking injector that is getting fuel in the oil is an internal failure issue.

Thats the thing I really don't think it is mixing oil and fuel but we are definately are mixing collant and oil.. They said the return rates are fine and when I checked the balance rates i got a variation of +-3 so they aren't terrible. But the truck is smoking blue hard and idleing terrible ruff.

Almost sounds like they made one of the injector cups leak after changing the injectors so many times. Lemon law is 3 times for the same item you already have 4 times. I would call the Gm hotline and bitch that the dealer might of screwed something up doing this so many times and back to back. Think they need to pull the cups and reseal them and install Injectors and not half ass the job.

I asked them about the cups and the tech said he doesn't even chack them if they stay in the head... Yep it's gonna be a good day, thanks all for the help I'll let you know

I have heard the same thing from a dealer around here.
