Just wondering if this is a good service manual for my truck. And if not what do you guys recommend?

I just got mine from there and they have everything you could ever want to know in them. Also they are the only place that GM sold the books to.

I bought mine from there also.It was a four book set.

I never look at those when the specs are posted on the site in the Gm spec area. It's extra money for parts foods or beer when your done the job.

x2, most everything will be found here. If not you just got to ask, and give the guys that post GM info alittle time to get it.

For someone who has never tore into one of these motors I would think they would be worth the money.

Thats up to you most have used the info I have posted to do there rebuilds with. The info I post is right from Gm and most the time more up to date then the books since mine is live online and updated if you dont see it I will post it.

By no means am I saying your info is not great, I have used plenty of it from you and others. :thumb: Its just kind of nice to have a book around when I can't get to the computer.
