make sure all the pulleys, wheels, balancer, etc are in alignment or same plane. especially your 2nd pump. put a straight edge across them and see if any are out. and as mentioned above, the tensioner.

For sure! it looks to be in line, I’ll try a straight edge and hope to find something….I’ve exhausted everything I can think to do super annoying

I actually do have the fix for this and am in the final stages of R&D to get it to market! Stay tuned.
I like where this is going! I've got a wagler tensioner on my race truck now and wouldn't mind buying yours and putting it through it's paces (if that is your solution that is).

The more options we have the better at this point.

Well, after fighting the issues not only on my personal trucks and on the engine dyno for many years It dawned on me that we were going about it all wrong(myself included). I have been working on this for a while now and I haven't thrown a belt with this setup and it doesn't add any extra stress to the crank which was my main concern for obvious reasons. I will hopefully be able to release more info shortly on it. I for one am beyond tired of throwing belts in the trash for no reason.

Keep me posted, I'll gladly buy one. Anything to not throw belts would be awesome. Hell, that's the entire reason I didn't want dual pumps and settled on the A/C compressor location for the second pump as a compromise as it didn't add any other pulleys to the system.

I had problems with belts staying on with my dual fueler set up checked everything bought new pulleys and tensioner still same problem. I ended up getting a dayco tensioner made for kodiaks with a duramax in them… belt has never come off since.

Never thought of that… my cp3 would pull forward under wot and slack the tensioner

I made them, I couldn’t find a place that offers them. Even emailed wc fab about it being that’s where I bought the fueler kit from they never replied. More then sure I will be taking them to a fab shop to have something better looking built

There are several firms that make the mounting brace. PPE is just one of several.
They do make the mounting brackets but they have the same problem the way it bolts to the 2nd alternator spot allows it to twist forward. I wish someone made support for the rear of the pump
