So over the past few weeks I have noticed under heavy acceleration my boost gauge has been fluttering and not staying constant. For example if I roll into it at 45 the entire time boost is climbing the boost gauge flutters back and forth about 10 psi so I dont get a true reading and yesterday heading to my wedding I hit it going down the four lane next to some buddies and it was like I was hitting a speed limiter at 90. truck felt like it was bucking on and off a limiter but kept going faster and didnt throw any dtcs. My groomsman drove it home that night and it threw the sel light so I checked codes when I got home today and it has a P0234 over boost code. Any ideas or help is much apprectiated and I did search it and read on the dtc. Thanks, Eric

How much boost is it running at wide open throttle?

Appx.35 psi but recently it started this fluttering crap so its hard to read. I am kinda thinking it started about the time I put my dsp5 in and have been switchin back and forth from stock power to comp. Egr is present but turned off on all tunes except stock would that be a possibility? Thanks

You could reflash it to the stock os with your big tune and see what it does then. I know sometimes the dsp switches or os can make weird things happen. Mine in this 05 would make the idle bump up right before it came to a stop or if I went 1mph in forward or reverse it would do it. Drove me nuts. I reflashed it a week ago and now it dosen't do it:confused: I would try a full reflash with you stock os and see what it does. If it acts normal it may be the dsp.
