Hate to do this but if someone can get a hold of Kory I am in a bind with a customers truck holiday weekend 6.7 cummins wrong vin entered on the tunes causing a no start issue... Or if someone can chime in and override this. I can not read the computer either I have an error code 0311.

Do you have the stock file? Always check those things before you flash files. Especially when you purchase them from others and can't modify or see things.

Wasn't a stock file bc of the smarty that was used on the truck prior doesn't return the truck back to 100% stock on these trucks...

6.7 do not require vin to start... Only 5.9 reflashes the vin.

We copy the vin from the order and use that in the properties section for security- perhaps wrong vin entered and this could be your issue?

Does the truck crank over and not start? Does it not crank? $0311 is mode not supported, not a vin issue though.

Efi vin securities matched that of what the vin is on the truck, however, the ecu returned the vin info as being all zeros. This happens many times after a smarty flashes the ecu, basically it corrupts the vin and checksum info. No biggie and easy fix for us on our end, thanks for your patience- we will get it fixed for you as soon as I can get to a computer as I'm at our camp right now!
