Championship game should be a good one. Very fast and high scoring. Looking forward to it.:thumb:

For the first, and probably last time, I am glad the Ducks won the Civil War (Oregon vs. Oregon State for those not from around here). The Beavers had very little to win and the Ducks had everything to lose.
A Pac-10 team in the big game is good enough, but one from little ole Oregon is even better.
So until next years Civil War, GO DUCKS!

LOL. That's good stuff. My laptop reference was aimed at the former Oregon Ducks QB Masoli who got in some trouble and booted from the team for one incident involving theft of laptops, and then later some some weed, etc.
I didn't know of the Newton stuff until I just searched for it.
Maybe Dell or Apple should sponsor the BCS title game. Give them all 3 free laptops so they can concentrate on school and football

"Take the money and run" and "Son of a preacher man" were played during the pre-game warm up's. lol Talk about going down in a blaze of glory though.
Defense wins championships. We shall see. I'm pulling for any SEC team right now. They are really progressing college football.

Should be a good game, both offenses very similar. Newton kid is good, actually think the Oregon defense is better than Auburn's, and it remains to be seen if the Auburn defense can hold up against the speed game of Oregon. Line has Oregon by 2 points, will probably come down to who turns the ball over the least. Oregon looked pretty sloppy in the Oregon State game the fist half. Best two teams are in the game, although right now I don't think anyone wants either Wisconsin or Stanford. That would be a much better Rose Bowl than one with TCU.
