Does anyone have any thoughts on where I might be able to get the little red "caps" that fit on the Injector Supply & return openings, as well as the black cap that fits over the nozzle? I'd like to seal up my old LLY injectors ASAP since they're now out and will be up for sale soon....

Try the CAT dealer. Ck with the service department, the fuel system guy's should have some extra caps & plugs that you could swindle them out of. If they don't have any, the warehouse should have a cap & plug kit for hoses that I have used on my injectors in the past.
