I have an 05 Sea Doo RXP... 215hp from the factory and it is supercharged. I am thinking of adding a bigger supercharger... it only does 71mph on a calm lake

try and see what is mechanically different from the new ones. They make 255HP I think. Might be re gearing the supercharger? If the new one is bigger I bet you could order one and bolt it up, I bet that could be an easy swap.
I have the exact same jet ski & year model. It is plenty fast for me. Company called RIVA sells more upgrades than you could afford. Problem is each upgrade requires something else to be changed. You eventually end up spending a few grand and only gain a couple more mph. IMO it's not worth it. The new 255 just have something different upgraded to their intercooler and super charger. Not sure exactly what. Probably the best upgrade you could do for it is keeping that wear ring changed out. Only cost roughly $70.00 and can make a dramatic difference in throttle response (especially out of the hole preventing cavitation). I really want to sell mine. Here's a pic from few weeks ago on it:

My crackhead brother has a pair of the new 255hp ones. I haven't ridden them yet, but I remember the old 215p ones and those were too fast for their hull size IMO. That being said, I remember there were some folks selling re-curved impellers and modded plumbing for the jet system as well. Supposed to be worth 7mph or so.
So...... When are we going to line them up?
LOL I just got through pricing out some upgrades... WOW new injectors, new supercharger, intake, tuner and exhaust is so much money... I rear internal engine work is necessary LOL

I once saw a stage 3 kit for 8K for mine.. But it was for over 90MPH....
