Allison 5sp: SC4 in tow haul ?

Went for first drive in tow haul with 32' RV trailer and have flare up going from 3rd lock to 4th lock and also 5th lock. Am i being impaitent and need to let tranny learn or did I hurt something already. Tranny is SC4 had problems and Mike sorted out for me open to Ideas

Sounds like it probbaly just needs to learn should get better manual and th mode both need to be learned . asumeing theres nothing wrong with the trans wich sounds like mike got tht sorted out for you

i had the same issues just let it learn some and you will be very happy with it.

How big of tune are you running? I ran PPE 160 towing my trailer the first time with the build and no flares at all.

Have you turned off the defueling during shifts?
