I bought a truck 2007 Duramax , it must have come from up north, I bought it from a dealer, I'm in a wheelchair so I could not climb under the truck, got it home took it to my paint body man to fix a dig or 2, he told me it had salt rust, so what do you guys thing I should but on it to stop rust and prevent more. com guys yall are the best.

Did your body guy tell you what was rusted and how badly? Maybe it was in a flood.

Grind, por 15. Or any other rusty metal primer stuff.

If you don't mind looking at it, plenty of places do an nh oil undercoat which does the trick if reapplied every few years
