If your on a stock Turbo at peak torque 3100 is about what you'll need, but at peak horsepower this pw is most likely going to be wasted fuel not to mention at higher rpms the injection timing window gets smaller and smaller. On my stock lly Turbo by about 3000rpms pw is down to about 2600 to keep the same fuel mixture at 2500rpms at 3100 pw.
