From the perspective of the Allison, transfer case and diff, how much power is safe to tow, say 9000#, with, as long as the EGT's are watched?

Don't know if it's safe or not... But, we have towed Casper all over the country with Blue and 500 hp tune :D Weight anywhere between 9k to 13k.

The only time we had a problem overheating IIRC was Vail CO  When we where at trillion feet.

Been using pat 500 tune for all my towing for good mpg. However, downshifts push up the rpm then it shits and gits unexpectedly. Love it.
