I also remember trying to get the studs the right length as well!!

Has he got any tuning data from the gauge yet. I am running a similar 2.8 legal S400. Boost seems a little low to me at 42-45psi. But I have a feeling my turbo shaft speed is higher than what the boost gauge sudjests....
