S467.7 help

[Bustedknuckles]

I have a 2004 with dual pumps, 75% overs, a S467.7 and a2400 stall converter. Stock motor and hope to keep it that way awhile. What turbine and AR would y'all recommend? I have a 83/.90 now but was considering upgrading to a 87/1.0. Any thoughts or experience?
