Hey guys im stuggling on one, put a S366 kit on from Trent for a freind. He went a couple weeks and had an oil leak, found it was from the turbo drain. I used trents hose and fittings, its like the oil is pushing up the hose and out the top of the hose. It has clamps and are very tight, thought maybe it was the hose. Got another piece and same deal, truck didn't run 5 min and its pushing it out of the top of hose? You guys have any trouble?

Did you just cut the flexible piece out and splice hose there and clamp it?
No way!!! dont cut the belows out do you have a spacer between the top of the drain line to the charger???? you should have gotten about a 1 inch spacer to go in there. Also if you use a lb7 drain line you dont need to cut the drain line at all as its a touch longer then the lbz drain line.

I ran mine for a hard piece for a little white, but it was such a pain in the ass to put turbo on and off. I made a SS flex hose drain line.....so much easier.

I just the stock drain about a inch under the flex and then use a piece of 3/4 silicon hose and have no issues

My trip kit was similar to Paint's, except I had a full 90* bend on the tube that went back to the drain hole. The hose works way better than the welded kit that originally came with my HTT kit. We had to extend the drain for the 366 because of the 2" spacer under the 366 that was required to get the primary higher for the charge tube from the trips.

Was the gasket put on correctly under the 90* ell that does into the block? Is something blocking the oil drain?

I use a hose that I got the A/N fitting braised to the stocker on the flange that connects to the rear plate.
the hose will see high temp so keep that inn mind. I had to keep mine big as my oil pump....pumps!

if you can stay away from clamps and use new gaskets:)

Got it solved tonight, ran the truck and it still leaked around the upper fitting, took the turbo back off and found a welded cracked were the barb fitting was welded on.
