Looking to install a turbo in my truck and was wondering where I could buy an install kit?

The install kit is for a t-3 internally gated S300 , some modifications need to be made if the turbo is a t-4 non gated S300?

When looking at turbos from like the link above. I would find out if its a reman or new turbo. I know the ones we buy like that from HTT are reman units and we buy new from BorgWarner.
