Ok I have a s&b intake already for my 01 reg cab that I want to put on the 01 crew cab. Problem is I lost the top 90 and the boot that goes onto the turbo when I moved. I used the box and filter for my 4094 and made my own pipe up to tie into the turbo. Anyways I call s&b today to order a new 90 and boot. They told me that they could not sell me any parts that I would have to buy a new intake. WTF? Does anyone have the 90 that they are not using? If not I will never buy another intake of thiers again. I like the intake but its BS that I can't get parts I need. They told me its a liability to sell me replacement parts???

I had the same exact problem. I bought a LBZ intake by mistake so I called them to see if I could buy the LMM elbow. They would not sell me the LMM elbow saying it was a different kit. I had mentioned how my friend did the same thing with his Banks intake and they told me that Banks was a generic intake and not a quality fit! Needless to say I will not own an S&B intake due to they horrid customer service.

I tried to buy a replacement filter at one time, and they wouldn't return my numerous emails. F them. This doesn't surprise me at all.

Maybe see if one of their resellers like Trent, Henry or

I called Alligator, they called S&B and gave them my number. S&B called me and gave me the same run around. It seems they have no interest in selling parts. I asked them what happened if I the intake got busted, what should I do just throw it in the dumpster? They didnt have much to say after that.

they are clowns over there. I tried to get my local speed shop I deal with to get hooked up with them ( so I could get a deal on an intake lol ). they wouldnt return calls or e mails to a possible vender. I ended up getting it from another vender and THEN they started chasing my local speed shop to sell their stuff. so he blew them off and still doesnt sell their product. and as happy as I am with the results with this intake I wouldnt use them again on another vehicle due to their business practices

I ordered parts from them in January- same situation misplaced my elbow and boot during twin install. They sold me the parts after i explained what happened- If I remember the rep reffered me to manager. Not sure it helps.
