I have bought a used turbo and now I need to get all the gaskets and washers or what all the small parts are that I need to change when I do the job. Can somebody help me with the part numbers and names or direct me to site with a schematic. I want to know what I am ordering and not rely on a dealership parts counter guy.

Thank you in advance!

There are 2 gaskets for the uppipe to pedistall( turbo ) unless you damage them you should be able to reuse them

the oil return line under the turbo has 2 gaskets that should be replaced if they get seperated

then there is the oil supply line it has a bango bolt on both sides IIRC ( cam journal. top of turbo )

If you got to GM just tell them that you need those 4 gaskets for the oil return and oil supply and you should be good to go

I always replace the gaskets... they are such a pain to get to, no need for risk of a leak.

Our parts guys are a serious pain in the ass when it comes to vehicles without a repair order...

If anyone has the part numbers... please post them.

2 up pipe to turbo gaskets
1 up pipe to manifold gasket ( i always pull 1 side off...)
1 Oil return to rear cover gasket
1 turbo to oil return gasket
1 oil feed to turbo seal (Top)
1 coolant to turbo seal (Side)
1 coolant to turbo seal (Side)

although it is always a good idea to replace gaskets, the exhaust ones can be reused many times if you don't damage them. I've reused mine at least 15 times and they don't leak
