Help: Rough running

My 03 idles rough and it does not go away with rpms my injectors are all within 2.xx mm3 and it has a new cp3 any idea? Also no smoke at all and it still runs good.

Balancer? or Clutch is my guess...

I had balace rates all within spec but I had two of them returning a lot of fuel. I had dual cp3s at the time and they would only hold around 19000 with 30 over tips and a 2400us pulsewidth.
