rough idle and acceleration

does anyone know what whould cause the truck to idle rough and seems like it breaks up right as u hit the gas pedal for about a second and it goes away till i stop and accelerate again. it only does this once the truck warms up a little. any suggestions? thanks

my truck when i first start it sometime ill accelerate when cold and let off and it will go by itsself like somone taped the pedal then stop rite away..is that what your talking about?

no the whole truck shakes when stopped at a light and when i accelerate its sputters for maybe a second and goes away

Yeah his truck has a small miss off the bottom only when throttle is first applied then it clears up. He scanned it and it came up misfire cylinder five. I believe that would be a injector correct?

check balance rates , also log actual rail VS desired rail , could be a fuel problem or a hard part problem .
