rod bearing help

how come my rod bearings don't line up? it seems like i only got the rod side of the bearings and not the connecting cap part?? they are clevite's. did i get a mis-packaged box??

take a deep breath and take your time lay everything out that you need and have everything nice and clean.

For anyone else future reference the Clevite bearings say upper and lower on them.
