Rockingham, NC Drag Race

I just saw on "another" site that the NADM is having a race at Rockingham on April 17, my question is, anyone goin. I know there's alot of trucks on here from NC, many of them very quick and thought I would at least come watch if there were going to be more than 3 fast trucks. I went about 3 years ago and there were around 10 trucks running, not worth a four hour drive.

DeHuncho, welcome to the site!
3 years ago in Rockingham was prolly the year they had no sanctioning body and/or promotion...........I wasn't there either, but heard it was a bad turnout. Since then, with NADM, it's much better. Should be good this year!:thumb:

plan is to be there with one of the trucks,close to TS so not sure if both trucks will be there or not. trying to get Stuckey racing to come up as well...

thanks man, but i will never make the mistake of driving to the track again. last time i did that, i broke the input shaft and was stuck calling someone to come get me!

what twins are you going with?

Sounds like enough to make the trip for me, it was either go to this or a Nickleback concert. Yeah stuckey, orange crush and one of garmons trucks was there years back then past them a 6.0l dually was about the fastest thing, you can imagine the dissappointment. Not a good turnout either, about 15 people watching including me and my two friends. Looks to be a lot better this time around.

Just found out they're having a sled pull afterwards also, all the more reason to make it out. NADM section on compd for details.
