2007 Classic, 4x4 running 265's. Noticed a rubbing noise (like something rubbing against the brake dust shield) when making a right turn only. I checked the front end, wheel bearings are tight, ball joints seem ok, brakes are good and functioning properly and dust shield isn't tweaked or bent in any way. Nothing else is shiny to indicate where the rub is happening, I just lubed the front end , that didn't help. Tire pressure is equal, tires have good tread and even wear. Again, only happens during a right turn and braking does not make the noise stop, the rubbing sounds decreases as wheel speed decreases. Could it be the CV joints? Boots are in tact, no tears.... 104,000 miles
