Return rubber line keeps popping off

2016 duramax cp4 replacement cleaned everything new injectors new return lines cleaned tank

Fuel return rubber hose under ear keeps popping off

Only thing I can think of pump inside tank is clogged any suggestions

I meant fuel line on return off tog of cp4 driverside u shape hose to return under egr keeps popping off and is spraying fuel. Truck runs and drives no dtc

I cannot figure it out is there a possibility the return on the tank is clogged. As I have shoved air through those lines and no clogs to the tank
If tank pump was clogged would this happen

There is no pump in the tank. Did you have a cp4 failure and not flush everything out?

No I cleaned all lines cleaned tank
Installed new return line
Cleaned injector metal lines
New injector new rails new cp4

I cleaned everything 2 times put truck back together have exergy fpr in there new injectors new return and feed new rubber hose on driverside under ear bent like u shape and it's popped off everytime I drive it it lasted 40 minutes this last time so I am kinda stuck tanks been cleaned also not sure what else to try it doesn't leak at idle

I’d monitor your fuel pressure on the return side. It’s regulated to 40-45psi. You may have a regulator issue causing it to be too high
