Resurface heads?

Got my heads off and cleaned. Everything cleaned up great. I do have a groove around each cylinder. Should I get them decked? Or can I use an abrasive pad and clean them up ?

Get them resurfaced at a machine shop. Trust me it's not worth taking the chance.
