Help: Replacment ECM

OG ECM had an internal short draining my battery it also has Idaho rob tunes in them.
I had the GM dealership burn my VIN into the new ECM.
What do I have to do in order to get my tunes into my new ECM?
I have my EFILIVE tuner V2 (no autocal) I bought my tunes and tuner from Rob.

I read the new ECM and VIN is the same as the old one. I tried to flash with the file I have but it doesn’t take.

I hate driving my truck without the tunes, please help.

I believe a new ECM requires a new license. I recently inquired with Rob about this as well and that was the impression I got.

EFILive's licensing scheme ties to the ECM serial number not the VIN.

You would use it to reflash your tune into the new ECM.
