While swapping motors out, I had one of the clips on an injector plug break when released, and I looked around to see if I can buy a new plug and simply unpin it and replace the end, but I don't see any information on this. Does anyone here know for sure if these can be unpinned from the rear, or are they the type where you slip the wire through, crimp the pin and pull it back through. If this is the case. where can I buy replacement parts for the injector plugs. I hate to cut and solder in a new pigtail harness, but I will if needed.

Thanks in advance for the info. :thumb:

Check out a company called Ballenger Motorsports. They have a lot of different connector pigtails and components available.

Thanks, Ill look into that, was just hoping someone might have some solid info on the style of pin and crimp procedure for them. I am an LS guy, and we have styles that both crimp then are inserted from rear and then the , what I call non-serviceable types, which we have to slip through the connector, pin and crimp and pull back into the connector to seat. Those are the ones that you have to cut off and start fresh with and I think thats what the injector plugs are by taking a glance at them. Mine works and I have a temporary fix on it, but at some point Id like to replace the bad plug plastic.
