replacing boots/ intercooler tubes

looking at replacing my intercooler boots, should I replace them all or just the worn ones? Is it worth it to upgrade my intercooler tubes at this time ? also what about the intercooler? only running stock turbo right now

I have two brand new mishimoto boots if interested. The top one that comes off the turbo and the other one on the drivers side.

I need the lower boots do u have them by chance? Or know what the measurements are?

I have the drivers side. Pass side cold side boot I do not have. Well I have a used one. It's a cheap one from a John deer place though
