Hey guys so I just replaced my FPR and now at idle with my stock tune on it lopes an check engine light comes on. When I drive the light goes away and runs fine. When I stop again it comes back on. Also if I turn my dsp5 to any other tune it does a crazy loping and lights comes on. Any ideas?

I was only able to swing by auto zone and have them hook there scanner up which only pulled the code didn't tell me what it was running at. Also I replace it because it showed the code and also had a rough idle even after adding the 2 stoke that I've been doing for 3 years. The issue started about a month ago I would be running with my tune on an start slowing down to an idle an it would sounds like it loping so I switch it to stock mode and goes away.

The issues before you replaced the Fuel pressure relief valve sound like a fuel pressure regulator issue.

I agree with NRA223.. HAVE HAD frp sensor wires rubbed through causing this issue but if wires are okay the regulator valve is most likely faulty.. p0089 which is a pressure regulator performance code. is generally pretty common for replacing regulator valve

have also had quite a few regulator valves malfunction in the industrial injection "bag o parts" cp3 kits as well. keep in mind. just because its "new" doesn't mean its good!

What buschmaster said. My original fpr went bad after putting on a lift pump that was set too high. The brand new in box Regulator that i got to replace that one was bad out of the box.
