Ok I'm going to rig a mechanical fuel gauge to where the schrader valve is, I have tried a couple different valve core tools but they don't fit down that far to loosen the valve. Any other kind of hand tool or dykes to get in there and loosen the valve? Thank you

Be careful taking the valve off. Mine broke, and now have a machine screw in its place to block off fuel from spitting out. Need to get a new fuel line now, its been rigged for too long.

First off I don't have the stock fuel filter and or housing on the truck, so can I just screw a adapter right into where the schrader valve would go and read pressure off of that? Any other options

all season's has a fitting that goes over the test port that allows you to screw a 1/8 fitting into it or I've tee'd into the feed line from the pump before with a fitting that i could screw a 1/8 fitting into. Picked them up at the local napa

Have you seen PPE's test port delete kit ? Buy the inlet fitting and you can get the rest at a hardware store.

ive done it to mine. Search summit for a 16MM X 1.5 O ring fitting. It will replace the whole brass piece. It goes to a 6AN fitting. I Ran that fitting and put a 6AN 90 on it and a 6an-4an reducer. i then ran a nitrous line to my guage. I dont run a isolator because i never found one worth a damn. So i have a mechanical guage in the truck but i carry a 6AN cap in my truck so if the guage would leak or something i can cap it at the test port.
