Removing red loctited TC bolts

Mike, What's your trick for removing Torque Converter bolts secured with red loc tite? Lots of elbow grease and hope it doesn't rip the treads out of the converter or do you stick a torch in there and bake them? I've always used new bolts with the powder stuff on them and they come out "fairly" easily without heat, but the red loctite supposedly will not seperate without heat...

I think heat is the only answer.
